I tend to compare myself to other bloggers and it always saddens me. I'm stopping that right now. No more.
ReplyDeleteInstead I resolve to copy (and make my own, of course) all the cool things that others are doing and that I covet. Cool graphs, definitely.
I am a stay at mom, and I don't read half as many books as other people do. At first it bothered me, then I realized that it really matter as long as I read what I enjoy. Enjoy your week.

I haven't been good at keeping tabs on my reading, other than the number. I am not too good at spreadsheets and charts, but I have had a great time seeing what everyone else is doing.
ReplyDeleteI have to check out the Read A Thon. Love those.
I'm hopeless at keeping track of my reading but I have to admit I love spreadsheets too - might just have an idea forming there.
ReplyDeleteGraphs? Call me a nerd but that sounds cool, definite idea for this year!
I know it's hard not to, but I always find comparing to other bloggers just depresses me, and I'm determined to try and compare less this year.
Good luck with bout of books! I'll be taking part too, though I don't know how well I'll do!
Happy Graph making! Good luck with Bout of Books and have an awesome week! The Sunday Post
ReplyDeleteI love making graphs. To keep track of my books I use goodreads.com and make a 2012 reading challenge. Last yrs was 100 books this yr I'm only doing 50 but it keeps track for me.
ReplyDeleteNew follower! I think most readers are nerds at heart. I have spreadsheets of books I need to read plus spreadsheets of books and series that I've read. You've got to have a way to keep up with it all somehow.
ReplyDeleteCheck out my IMM & SP.
