Reflecting on February

The Month of February can be describe in one simple word:

FAIL!!!

Yes, it was a month filled with fail for me, both reading wise and some other person goals that I had for myself.  I really need to learn how to stop procrastinating.  It is holding me back in so many areas.

All three of which I started in February.

  1. Girl don't sweat it! It's only Feb. You have plenty of time to finish your reads. I know the feeling. I am in the middle (hopefully the end) of having reader's burn out. It happens for me time to time. Mostly after a Read-A-Thon. I have been on the same 3 books all month. I think I only finished 1 book this month. But I am not stressing about it.

I am so looking forward to your review of The Water of Sunlight and Maya's Notebook. Those are two of my favorite authors. No pressure. LOL!

  2. I am not really worried about being a little behind but more worried about breaking bad habits. Like setting goals and not completing them.

  3. LOL! I've had months like this.

I've heard lots about the Cupcake Brown memoir. It was highly recommended but I'm not interested.

"A Long Way Gone" is on my TBR list.

  4. Oh, no! I, too, think February was a tough month for me. Very little reading done, and I have a feeling March and April will be much the same - I shall have to survive on audiobooks!
