Teaser Tuesday: 01/17/2012

TEASER TUESDAYS asks you to:
  • Grab your current read.
  • Let the book fall open to a random page.
  • Share with us two (2) “teaser” sentences from that page, somewhere between lines 7 and 12.
  • You also need to share the title of the book that you’re getting your “teaser” from … that way people can have some great book recommendations if they like the teaser you’ve given!
Please avoid spoilers!
This weeks teasers is from Who Is He To You by Monique D. Mensah:

She had packed as if they were staying for two weeks with one suitcase with enough clothes for her to change three times a day and another with the shoes to match.  A third bag held her toiletries and hair care items.

She sound pretty high maintenance to me.

Don't forget to share a link to your teaser.

  7. Hi Monique, I found the story of the plate of rice listed among other stories in a collection of writings by african american writers. I mention where on blog at the bottom.
A book worm friend of mine owes the book and suggested i choose one of the stories for a short story challenge i'm doing.
